Success without a fight is not success
Kairyo represents the struggle for continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence over time.
The image of the Koi carps of the Japanese legend, symbols of energy, represents that struggle and pursuit of excellence. Only one of the carps received the reward of becoming a dragon, a symbol of strength in Eastern culture, after swimming upstream to a waterfall and overcoming it with its jump.
Thus our Kairyo wine is the result of processing 100% Tinta Fina grapes from a young vineyard accredited in ecological, whose strains have been cloned from centenary vineyards of the most emblematic places of the Ribera del Duero.
With the passage of time and its 30 months of French oak barrels inherited from Negón and Dharma, Negón’s little brother has become a subtle and elegant wine, accessible to all palates.
